Suites can only be shared by cats from the same household.

All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of three days (two nights).

The day of arrival and the day of departure shall both be charged as full days.

Payment is required upon collection. We accept cash and BACs.

If your cat is collected earlier than the booked departure date, the full booking fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy

·  More than 14 days before the start date: No cancellation fee.

·  Within 14 days of the start date: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

·  Within 7 days of the start date: 100% of the booking fee will be charged

Boarding Requirements

An up-to-date vaccination card must accompany all cats. Vaccinations must have been given at least 10 days prior to entry. Cats require vaccinations for Feline Panleukopenia/ feline parvovirus (Feline Enteritis) and Feline respiratory virus (cat flu). Cats that are not vaccinated will be refused entry to Fusspots Cattery.

Any cats over the age of six months must be neutered or spayed.

Flea and worm treatments must be up to date before boarding at Fusspots Cattery. If treatment is required, it will be administered and the cost added to your final bill.

Additional Information

We want your cat to be as comfortable as possible during their stay. Please ensure you bring your cats food, treats, toys and a blanket which smells of home.

Fusspots Cattery can supply both wet and dry food which is included in the booking fee however, as this may not be the same as your cats normal diet we recommend you provide your own food to avoid stomach upset

Cats should be transported to Fusspots Cattery in a secure pet carrier, this will remain in the cattery for the duration of your cats stay.

If your cat requires medication please bring this with you for the durations of your cats stay. Unfortunately, Fusspots Cattery can not administer injections.
